Hi All,
Has anyone had experience with the international shipping? I have posted to Florida through Ebay's international shipping. Delivery was attempted on the 28/1 nit no update since. The delivery service is PBI (Pitney Bowes) but it doesn't let you chase the shipping. The item I sent was a very expensive item, so getting worried about this now. Do I just have to wait until delivery is attempted again? or can eBay step in a help?
Thanks.

As long as you sent tracked to GSP centre, you are not responsible after then.
Always add tracking to ebay when posting.

You should be protected if you can prove delivery to the hub,so best wait and se if the buyer opens a case,as they may already have received the item, and if not then ebay should protect your monies as attempted delivery and pitney bowes then take responsibility

Your responsibility ends when you have tracking to show delivery to the GSP hub here in the UK.
Don't message the buyer for any updates on delivery they'll soon let you know if it hasn't arrived, but as said tracking showing delivery to the Hub here, then you will not have to refund.

Thanks guys, yes I sent it tracked. I can see UPS have delivered it to the local post office. but no update since the 28th when UPS delivered it.
If the local post office have lost it, do eBay cover the costs? it doesn't come out my pocket does it?

If buyer opens a not received case, you must state in the case details it was an international sale with Pitney Bowes and your not responsible for any loss (they are)
