Internal error

I use ebay app on a Samsung galaxy Tab A purchased in 2019, in the UK.

Recently when I view all items for sale, it keeps coming up with an Internal error, and asks me to uninstall the ebay app and install it again which I have done. I have also deleted cache and history and restarted my device but still have the same problem, is anyone else having any problems or knows how to solve the issue?

We have been told that the recent app issues have been solved,  but here we hear there are still with problems with that hapless app!

A Community manager posted this yesterday,  hopefully it will be of some help.

 Try deleting recent cache and data > settings on phone> apps> storage> clear data/clear cache.

Check to see your are updated to the latest app version.

The latest version for android is 6.249.2.1 ( requires android 12 or later)

The latest version for ios is 6.250.0 ( requires ios 18 or later)
