Incorrect price.

I have just sold an item on which I mistakenly entered the wrong price. Am I able to cancel the order and relist or should I honour it ?

Incorrect price.

Obviously you're supposed to honour it and you risk negative feedback if you don't.   But no one can force you to and you might decide the possibility of neg f/b is better than the losing the money.   It depends on how much you stand to lose.

Incorrect price.

Thanks for your reply. I think as I was posing the question I already knew the right thing to do was to honour the bid. So the item is now on it’s way to the buyer and I’ll put it down to experience.

Incorrect price.

That is the best solution, what was not mentioned in previous answer was that cancelling a sale without agreement of buyer gives seller a defect, which can be very damaging for a seller with a low volume of sales.

Thanks, I do value my good reputation and it was the right thing to do. I was just miffed when I realised my mistake. Good to know re defect.
