Hi I accidentally printed a Royal Mail Click & Drop label instead of an eBay label, and the tracking numbers are different,what I can do now ?? Try change trucking on eBay but can’t do it
To change the tracking you have to generate the original label and then change the number via the actions dropdown menu. That has to done on a laptop or desktop.
