3 orders not received , incorrectly delivered to an incorrect location thats clearly not the shipping address , this has occured with 3 orders all shipped via the same courier service , none of the orders have been located, gps clearly shows a completly different location on all 3 orders , photo proof shows incorrect location , ebay refuse to help dispite buyer paying for buyers protection . The couirer have investigated and confirm the incorrect non delivery and direct everything back through ebay and have provided ebay and seller with a reference number of the incidents confirming non delivery. Ebay closed all 3 cases and buyer is out of pocket yet its not sellers fault either, none of the orders have been located and couier have investigated and confirmed the non delivery but will do no more and direct back through ebay as buyer is covered via ebay . Ebay customer service had been vile to both seller and buyer , refusal to help , refusal to even understand or read the case details , rude, abnoxious and damn right useless, seller has stated that ebay need to honour the buyers protection and clearly can see that tracking shows incorrect delivery to a completly different location which appears to be a garage or shed , all 3 sellers support the buyer as do the couier company yet buyer is being messed about terribly by ebay customer support who have been terrible and pass the buyer from pillar to post, incident report from courier has been provided to ebay in support of buyer yet ebay still refuse to help, cut the buyer off, and worst of all the rudeness from customer support has been shocking, entire dats have been spent on chat and phone and email to ebay by both seller & buyer to no avil and buyer has been left on hold for hours at a time and refused a manager when requested . One agent even started playing nasty silly games with the buyer and was so disrespectful , all conversations were screen shot. Where do either the seller and buyer go from here ? As its neithers fault and all oarties are being redirected back to ebay for this to be dealt with via ebay. CEO office and details have been obtained to take this further if no resolution is met as buyer is heavily out of pocket and all cases closed, appeals closed by ebay .

Your buyer should contact their payment provider who may be much more helpful.

all 3 sellers support the buyer
This is the only clue we have that you may be the buyer. Or are you writing about someone else's experience?
I don't think I've ever seen a question before written entirely in the third person.
It would have been helpful to include basic factual information e.g. transaction dates, whether eBay's time limits correctly followed in all cases and whether the courier delivery services were bought through eBay.

The seller(s) need to refund the buyer then claim for their loss from the courier.
If the seller(s) bought their postage via eBay they would claim from Packlink
