Incorrect address

Hi

I’ve sold an item in ebay but I can’t send it because of incorrect address. The buyer entered her address in a wrong way and I can’t edit it. I messaged her but I didn’t receive any response.

Please follow up this issue for me. Thanks in advance

Cancel the transaction via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.  Use the reason "problem with buyer's address".

If buyer gets in touch you can relist after they've corrected their address.  If not put their ID on your blocked bidder list and relist if you want to.
