Inpost lost a parcel I sent.
InPost say contact eBay. How? Ai assistant  doesnt get me there. Help plse?

As long as you used Simple Delivery eBay will refund the buyer for loss in transit and you keep the payment.   So ask the buyer to open a "Not received” claim and they will get their money back from ebay.
