You will have to pass your concerns and complaints to Ebay - this is a member to member forum and we are buyers and sellers like you.
It is a shame you were not given more help but usually you don't need to contact Ebay.
'Help & contact' (top left of your Ebay screen) is really useful for basic or common issues.
If you have received parcels with missing items, you need to open a return case for each parcel/purchase.
Use the link below and choose the reason for return 'Missing parts or pieces'.
The seller will have to provide a label so you can return the items and will refund you when they get everything back.
