Im not getting paid for stuff

I have an issue regarding my eBay balance.  I was informed that funds from my recent sales would be available to me five days ago, but I have yet to see them credited to my account. I would appreciate any insight on why my funds are not reflecting in my balance. Additionally, if the funds are on hold, I would like to get help  the reasons behind this hold and how long it is expected to last.

Very difficult to give a correct answer here as we are members like yourself with no access to your account.

All we can see is that you are a new or returning seller and longer holds can be placed on initial payouts,  as eBay wish to see a run of items being successfully delivered.  No timeframe as this is a security precaution is given though it seems to be around the 30 day timeframe.

Otherwise,  is tracking showing delivery on your items?  If not,  then payouts will be held for 14  days.

You can see all transactions in PAYMENTS ALL TRANSACTIONS, which shows status. You have to withdraw available funds, they are mot paid automatically to bank, except on a quarterly basis. Next payment is in April.

Hi there,

Yes it's shows the items are delivered and also that my funds are in my
balance on 22nd March but there's nothing there. When I go to tye help
section it doesn't really help but the hold funds option underneath it says
my payouts are at hold, however I have no idea why as the buyers haven't
said anything.

That sounds like the 'new or infrequent seller' hold, see below.
