What to do if the seller declines a return request

If it was private seller, they can refuse change of mind or does not fit returns. 

All sellers have to accept not as described cases.

Depends on  what is the reason for the return.

If they are a Private seller and have a No Returns, if you are returning for a reason for change of  mind,  then the seller can refuse your request.

If you have received a faulty item,  an item not as described, and the seller is refusing the return,  then come back to us and we will explain how to proceed for a full refund.
