If a buyer has received an item and not notified eBay what happens.

How does eBay know if an item has been received if the buyer doesn't contact eBay, and I'm left waiting for funds to put into my bank account.

eBay have ruined something that was working perfectly for me but isn't now.

There is no,  and never has been,  any way for a buyer to mark as delivered,  their only option is to leave feedback.

Under the new payment system feedback left only works for items sent under the value of £10,  then it can release the payout sooner.

Otherwise it stands thus:

Tracking showing delivery will release your payout 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking ..... your payout is held for 14 days before release.

These changes only apply to Private sellers on ebay, so maybe look to upgrade your account to a Business account and then you won't be affected.
