I won an auction ,the buyer wanted more money

Won the auction by winning bid ,seller wants more money as she said that she had an offer for more and didn't want to sell to me as it wasn't enough. 

The so called offer could not have been made as bids were on the system at time of listing .

I've reported to e bay ,now trying to get my money back .

If the seller doesn't cancel/refund you'll have to wait for the estimated delivery date on the listing to pass and then you can open a "not received" case to get your money back.
