I wish to collect an item direct from the seller that I have already bought but I can't see an option on the item page to mark as collected. Can anybody help please

The seller needs proof of collection which will only be available if the item has been listed for collection in the first place.   Ask them to cancel the transaction (refund will be issued) and relist as collection for you to buy and pay again.
