Hello, I'm asking you to consider my problem with one of the sellers. On July 4th, I purchased a SanDisk microSD card that didn't work. I wanted to return the item, but after contacting the seller, who suggested sending a new one and not returning it, I agreed. He kept delaying me until today, where I still haven't received the product. The seller is simply deceiving and lying to me. I'd like to receive a refund for the broken item, but it's too late to open a case. Please help. Thank you
