Unfortunately, you are not speaking to eBay here but to members like yourself, eBay will not see your post.
Any survey be it from eBay or from elsewhere, is voluntary , anything intrusive being asked no need to proceed and complete.
Out of interest, what was the question about your children, as many surveys do ask how many children you have and ages under 21 living at home for example, nothing untoward there.
