I want to return an item, dont wa3a refund but its a rubbish item

I want to return an item,  I don't want a refund but the item is rubbish.  The company were going to send it to there supplier but now not answering my messages. It was going to be tested to see its problem, it may help others wasting over £100 if they took it back for inspection. I'm guessing they couldn't care less.

If you do not open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, you will not get a refund, and you will probably never hear from them again.
