I have paid for a 2 seater settee and the seller is not responding to me I have not collected the item the seller still has it I want to cancel and be refunded can you help me
A seller does not have to accept a cancellation request.
When did you buy the item? Is the seller not responding to your request to pick up the settee or did you buy and straight away had a change of mind and wish to cancel?
If seller does not respond and refund, while you cannot enforce cancellation, you would have an expected delivery date. Once past that date open a not received case, that should make seller refund.
