I've bought & received item - eBay think I have not received it & have refunded me - what to do?

I bought an item from seller, but became suspicious after seller account was removed later same day and delivery date for item went back significantly. Seemed a bit odd, so I raised concern with ebay. They investigated and refunded me. Some days later the item arrived in pristine condition. Both I & seller contacted eBay to reverse the refund. eBay told seller case is closed as delivery proof was not provided. I didn't receive a reply. So what is the next step - given I have the item, seller has not been paid and case is closed. The seller has also messaged me on eBay to ask for help is getting this resolved.  Thanks for any help!!

You and the seller will have to agree a way to send the payment outside of ebay, eg. Paypal, bank transfer, etc..

You will have to pay the seller direct.

They can send a request for money via Paypal or, if they are happy to supply their details, you can pay via bank transfer.

Ebay can't reverse the refund and the seller can't send a new invoice.

Old school solutions would be for you to send a cheque or Postal Order.
