I bought some "genuine" Apple airpods for £99.00
They were not genuine.
I started a return.
Seller was happy to go along
I received the return label
I returned the item
The seller refused to accept the parcel and it was sent back to me
I have received the airpods back.
The status of my return says on eBay "Return has been received you should get a refund" - which means eBay thinks it is complete.
I tried to contact the seller and they are now no longer registered.
I can not get a human on eBay just AI voice...
There was buyer's protection.
What's my next move please???
Any help would be very gratefully received.

You should get a refund because returns only require attempted delivery. But it may be more complicated now ebay have suspended their account. Contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If they can't help contact your payment provider.

That means that you're getting your refund.
You did your bit, you returned the item using the postage label supplied. If the address is incorrect or shows attempted delivery, it's not your problem.
