Vehicle listing fees are charged for each listing/relisting whether sold or not and are non refundable --- but you can use a 'Non Payment ' case to recover the £25.00 FVF here >

Best way to sell a Vehicle --- Using a PC/Laptop  (using Mobiles/Apps listings often fail to list ) >

Classified Ads. at total fee of £19. 99 will allow the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period --- set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable --- Avoid inviting Offers which may never complete --- just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or a  Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Vehicle keys/documents on buyer collection. No additional FVF selling fee is charged.

Be sure to cancel the sale for non-payment, which you can do after four days. Otherwise eBy will charge you the full selling fee for the price you accepted. See:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/payment-policies/unpaid-item-policy?id=4271

This will immediately cancel the sale. Neither party can leave feedback; any already left can be removed. The buyer will receive an unpaid item strike for not paying, which will stay on their account for a year. Two strikes mean that most sellers will automatically block them from bidding.

To add non-payers to your blocked bidders list and prevent them from sending you messages, see: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
