I sent sold itet with different label.

Hello all! I sent sold itet with different label not with provided by eBay. But I can't change that information on item's which was sold. I have done that because the parcell was overweight. And I paid for that, for the new label, but for previous paid buyer. I sent for the buyer the photo of the new label. But how can I change it on the item's

To mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label.   Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

Afterwards if you paid for the original label (would have had free postage on your listing) you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it  (woud have had the postage cost on the listing) it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
