I purchased an item on May 25 but have not yet received it as it was deliveredtoanincorrectaddress.I requested a refund but Ebay but they have denied my request. Is that  legal?

Do you mean that it was delivered to an old address of yours or to a complete strangers address?

Good evening thanks for your reply. It was delivered to an address unknown
to me. I've had the same address since I opened my Ebay account. I've lived
at the same place for 20 years.

Did the tracking number show where the package went?

If it was a Royal Mail one there'll be GPS co-ordinates showing on their website.
