As long as you are within 30 days simply go to the item in your purchases and find the link "other actions" - do "I want to return" then open "not as described" and add a photo.
Seller will send a post paid label to return. [If he does not then wait 4 days and "escalate the case".
If he sends a suitable label pack the item carefully, stick the label on securely and post it off. The label has tracking and when delivered the seller has received it he ahs 48 hours to refund. If he doess not do so escalate the case after 48 hours.
