Hi,
A buyer has just contacted me 6 days after delivery to say the items are broken. They chose and paid for the delivery, so I think they will be able to claim for the damaged goods. But if they ask for a refund from me for the item via ebay, they will end up being paid twice for the item.
I think this may have been a case of the buyer breaking the items as I had packaged them very well and have never had a broken item before ( in fact buyers have commented how well packed other items have been).
Do I have any choice about giving a refund?
