I'm very sad I lost my money I payed the seller a lot of money  for bracelet I pressed collected  but I didn't  ,I text her   She said I'm on holiday and I can't talk to you because the connection and I couldn't contact her from 20 days    ebay said I collected   but I didn't   I can't  contact any one  for help    I collect money for buy to my mother bracelet but now I lost my money and my order  and the seller didn't help me I told her to cancel the sell or help me  I have not good experience  gor buy and contact eBay   I do a lot mistakes   I can't inderstand     I so disappointed and angry     wher is the order  the know I didn't use a collection code    my money gone  I'm so sad

Hopefully you're still in time to open a case for item not received so proceed this way.

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

If the time has passed to claim with eBay,  turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.
