I'm getting different info for Tracking from ebay & DPD

Ebay tracking is giving info different from DPD. DPD are telling me that my postcode doesn't match. It also says that I requested it to be delivered to the Midlands by 10am (would that be the Authenticator?) Also the Tracking No. I found was not recognised? Any advice cause this has not happened to me before. Been asking the seller for the Tracking No. etc but he just shows what's meant to happen!

Depending on what you bought it could well be the authentication centre. If you only bought say over the weekend then there is a very strong chance the item hasn’t been activated into the system and only the label has been purchased so far.

the postcode doesn’t match part will be if going to the authhenticator it will be their postcode not yours!
