Please sort this out for me this is not good ,I have sent numerous messages,I have not received the payment for the Ted Baker tote bag and scarfe buyer on 24th April this year ,you appear to have contacted another would be buyer ,and refunded them ,even though you e mailed me with bid ,the buyer I posted item to,then you have taken more postage even though my buyer already paid postage

You sold bag on 8th and 12th April. 

Did you have 2 bags or listed it twice.

Hi ,no I did not have 2 bags,,it was sold to a couple of people some - how. ,meantime one buyer had sent the money and I posted items to her. ,I have had no money and postage taken as well as buyer paying it ,if you look at my  account you can check everything,,please ,I’m very unhappy with this outcome  as I can’t afford any loss,that’s why I sell items …
