Looks like you've returned to selling about a bit of a break, and sudden selling activity on a dormant account raises red flags to eBay as this is often a sign that hackers have accessed your account details.
Your initial payouts may be held a little longer until eBay are happy that the original owner has returned. You may be required to provide some extra ID verification watch out for eBay messages and any banners across the top of your homepage.
As an aside, have you fully registered with eBay's Managed Payments? If not this too will hold up payouts.
