We cannot look into this for you as we are members like yourself with no access to your account.
Contact eBay Customer Services they have access to your account and hopefully can see where the issue lies, or issue you with the correct label you need, and charge it to he seller's account if this is for a case of item not as described.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

One of the main reasons for not being able to print a label, and getting that 'it isn't you, it's us ...' message, is that the refund has already been issued.
Have you had your money back from the seller or an email from Ebay to say the refund has been processed?
If not, then take the advice offered and contact Ebay.
