You do need that code, it's the only proof that the item has been collected, proof eBay need so they can release those funds.
Peraps your buyer does not know where to find the code? Ask them to please look again, either in their email message from eBay, or in their order details for the item in their Purchase History. They can send you that number and you can then manually enter it opposite... Confirm Collection. Explain this is essential for the release of their payment to you.
If there's no success, your payout may be held for 21 days, the length of time eBay are happy for a buyer to open any necessary case for item not received.
