Hi , tried a few times uploading my provisional or passport to getvseeling again doesn't accept my pictures only have passport now 

Have money on hold and I can't sell 

Any idea what I can do ?

If not,  contact eBay Customer Services explain the issue, they can hopefully  guide you to the steps you need to take to solve the problem.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
