I cant refund the buyer

Hi, i sold a dvd and the buyer says it doesn't work.  He has asked me to replace it but I dont have a replacement so I tried to refund him the full amount, however Ebay won't let the refund go through, saying that the amount is invalid.  What do I do now?

Ask the buyer to open a return and you can use the refund link (without return) on that.
