I cannot use simple delivery at all, how do I turn it off or get around it

eBay is automatically applying random simple delivery options to all my listings as soon as I press revise, the problem is the specifications are wrong and neither Evri or Royal Mail can accommodate my parcels. 

I need custom delivery options, otherwise I cannot sell on eBay at all after 8 years.

This has to be a mistake?

I'm afraid there's no turning back to custom postage once you have Simple Delivery as the only choice.  SD is to be mandatory for all Private sellers. 

Now,  someone has a workaround link below to use your own postage / postal service, but I will add if you do find it successful, you will be waiting a minimum of 14 days for your payouts,  unless you can manually change the tracking on the items.
