I can't pay for the items I want

Is anybody having trouble paying for the items I want for the last 48 hours.  I HAVE money in my bank account ( I phoned my bank this Morning) is there a problem with Ebay. It tells me when I go to pay for the items I have insufficient which is NOT right. I have deleted by card details. that doesn't help? And thank - You ALL.
