I bought the Wrong postage QR code for an item how do get a refund

I bought a QR code to post an item and when I got to the post office the man told me it was wrong and I needed the bigger size how do I get a refund?

This is how to receive a refund:  It may take up to 24 hours for the label to appear.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

When you purchase the correct label, make sure you manually change the tracking number and if not purchased through eBay you'll need to manually mark the item as dispatched.

If tracking cannot be changed,  contact eBay Customer Support,  they'll do this for you.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
