I bought an item yesterday and it’s not showing in my purchases but money was deducted from account,and the item is still that it’s available for purchase.

Did you buy it perhaps as a Guest Purchase? Then, nothing will show in your Purchase History, as your eBay account was not made for the purchase.
The best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.
From there you will be able to select the view order details.
