I bought 2 x Superdry Hoodies but when I got them they are fake

I bought 2 x Superdry Hoodies as they said they are Superdry in the title and description I thought ok I will have them

I received them and yes they are fake.

i have opened a case against them through PayPal and reported them to eBay, which eBay has come back to me and took the seller off although I expect they have started another account!

my question is do anyone know if I will get my money back??

why won’t eBay help me get my money back?

I would appreciate some help?

Why ever use paypal that should be held in reserve.

Have you never read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee. If you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller has to provide a reply paid label and on return refund in full.

Using paypal you will have to pay to send back, if required.

ON EVERY LISTING RIGHT HAND SIDE  - SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE and link to MBG.

If you opened just a return case a Private Seller only has to accept returns for damage, Not as described, pieces missing etc. They do not have to accept  CHANGE OF MIND, DOES NOT FIT returns.

It is most unusual for ebay to act on a single report, so I doubt seller has been removed.

adding to the advice already given -

PayPal might ask you to prove they are fakes.

Ebay won't help you because you opened a Paypal case.

You can't make two claims and any case/claim through Ebay would close as soon as you opened the Paypal case.

You may get your money back through Paypal but Ebay claims seem to be faster and more streamlined.

However, now you have opened a case with Paypal, you can't go back and open one with Ebay.
