I am restricted from selling

My account is restricted from selling, every time I try and upload an item I get the {URL0} message saying I can still buy but not sell, all my details seem to be verified and I don’t seem to owe money or have any messages explaining this, does anyone have any advice ?

Have you ever sold anything on Ebay?

If not, you may need to register your bank account for managed payments.
