I am going away for 2 and a half months and I can only put time out for 30 days  and cannot contact an agent

Time Away feature, will allow items to be hidden for 30 days,  but if you are on the Seller Hub,  if you end all items,  they will go into your unsold listings for 90 days.  You can relist them from there, anytime in the period.

No need to contact Customer Services, they'll tell you the same.
