How to stop Royal Mail bringing labels?

I had Royal Mail collect 5 parcels from me on Monday

I have a Munbyn label printer at home, I am very proud of it and I print and put the postage labels on myself.

This doesn’t stop the postman turning up with labels every single time I choose collection 

On Monday it was a new postman and he has ignored my labels and stuck the labels he brought with him on each parcel

I know this because today the first buyer has told me they have the wrong item, the parcel has turned up at the wrong address with 2 different labels on it!

So how do I turn off the option for Royal Mail to bring labels every single time they collect parcels?

Sell my friend only gets labels supplied by RM if she requests them, so there must be a way of requesting pick up without requesting labels.

Why not ask the postman?

Yes thanks, I use the ebay mobile app for 99% of what I do and there is definitely no option to not have the postman bring labels on collection, sold something tonight and it’s the same on the desktop version. Royal Mail bring a label on collection, no option to turn it off.

I live in a very quiet, low crime area so I leave my parcels for collection on my doorstep, all with clear Royal Mail tracked labels stuck to them

I’ve sold hundreds of items like this the past couple of years and this is the first time it’s gone wrong like this

Unfortunately the postman has decided in his wisdom to ignore my labels and stick 5 different labels to my parcels

5 minutes ago the person who bought a calculator has let me know they received a pair of walking boots

Infuriating

1 parcel is stuck at a mail centre, another is coming back to me, worst case I’m going to get several negative feedbacks over this

I’ve emailed a complaint to Royal Mail, probably won’t hear anything back but it made me feel better
