Item has sold on a postage sale. Buyer has paid and collected. But no option to change sale to collection. So still looking like item has not been sent. So guess i cant get funds. How do i fix this?
You can click on the get label to mark as despatched and the buyer will receive a refund of the postage paid and you will have to wait minimum 14 days for payment
