How to make feedback titles appear

Hi everyone, I am aware that the titles of feedback you get as a buyer aren't shown.

However, I thought it was always shows for feedback you received as a seller?

For example I can only see this feedback I received as a seller when logged into my account:

But when logged out there is no title?

I have not seen any other accounts have this issue and this was not a private listing.

Any ideas?
