How to log a complaint with Ebay regarding an item that has been marked as delivered but hasn't been

I have today taken delivery of several items delivered by Royal Mail. Having checked my ebay account I could see that one item was marked as delivered but actually hasn't been.

How can I log a complaint with Ebay regarding this as the seller has told me there's nothing they can do and as the item is marked as delivered, there is no option available under the 'More Actions' tab to which allow you to escalate the matter?

You can open an 'item not received' case.  You don't need to log a complaint and may not be able to escalate if the tracking confirms delivery.

Generally, if the tracking shows delivery, Ebay will find in the seller's favour.

Make sure you check with neighbours and be prepared to chase Royal Mail yourself.  Check the tracking to confirm the item is shown as delivered to the same place and at the same time as your other items.
