How to handle refund and claim against courier

Hi, need a bit of help here.

 

Sold a low price item (CD) to a buyer which arrived successfully but damaged in transit (Evri was the courier). I have original listings photos to show it was in perfect condition when and buyer has photos when delivered. Buyer would like a refund and to return the item. Not 100% sure how to go about this. Any advice would be appreciated. I assume I used Simple Delivery but not sure.

How to handle refund and claim against courier

Ask buyer to open a return case stating arrived damaged.    Then ebay issue the buyer with a refund and you keep the payment.   Your listings are using SD.
