How to get paid for an item that is delivered

I have sold an item and the buyer has paid but apparently Ebay holds back the money until it has been delivered. I notice the option from my end to "mark as dispatched" is no longer available. The buyer has messaged me this morning to say the item has arrived but he cant see and option to update this from his end. I did not use the prepaid label as I made my own. Any ideas how to resolve this or how to contact Ebay via email?

If you did not use a tracked service then your payment will be released after 14 days.

Thanks for the reply. I did send the parcel with tracking but I didn't use the Ebay label. I just made my own and went to the post office to post it.

Did you add the tracking number to the order details?

From eBay's recent announcement: When you’re selling a single item for £25 or less, funds will be available instantly if positive feedback is received from the buyer. This will apply on both tracked and untracked orders.

Hi Vyolla, thanks for the reply. I have tried but it doesn't give me the option on the menu. All I get it is "Get prepaid label". On the drop down box I get various options such as leave feedback and contact buyer etc but nothing about adding a tracking number.

Look to ask ebay CS to enter the tracking for you,see here, eBay Customer Service
