Be aware, if you do use Simple Delivery and their labels, there are some benefits!
If the item is lost in the post , damaged on receipt and buyer opens a case for damaged in transit, those refunds are made by eBay and you get to keep the payouts for those items.

As tressygirl says you have to claim the refunds within 14 days of sale but you are selling multiples of new items and should be selling on a business account where simple delivery is not required and you can continue to use your own delivery preference.

With all those new items listed, you must upgrade to business seller.
It is the law.
When done, no more SD, you select postage method & cost.
