How to contact a human at Evri?

Evri broke my item in transit, before attempting delivery to my buyer. How to deal with this?

You refund the buyer and claim for yourself.   If you bought the postage through ebay here's how to claim:

However as @**peaseblossom**  says you need to refund your buyer. Best way is to get them to open a case with item not as described/arrived damaged. You have the choice of whether you want the item back or not, but bear in mind you pay return postage if you do.
