How to I message customer services please?

The eBay app asked me to sign in, so I signed in using Apple details , it seems to be a new account now, my old account has disappeared! I need to message or email customer services and can’t find an address? Please help

Log out of this ID account and clear cookies or perhaps use another browser,  Chrome works well with eBay,  and then log back into your other ID.

If you do still need Customer Services,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact CS for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
