How do you report mass false advertising to ebay so they can investigate

There are tons of Nicotine patches being advertised and sold that do not contain any Nicotine. ebay used to have a 'report item' function on the item page but seem to 'have removed this easy way of reporting'. How can you report this issue and is there an easy way of reporting an item that doesn't require a lot of back and forth recording information dor each item? THIS FALSE ADVERTISING OF SO CALLED NICOTINE  PRODUCTS APPEARS TO BE HUGE AND EBAY MUST BE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY FROM THESE SALES.

At the bottom of every item, on the right hand side, there is now a black question mark inside a small, round circle.

If you click on this ? you can report individual items.

However, without any evidence, Ebay are unlikely to act on your reports.  They openly state that they don't guarantee the authenticity of items on the site.  With millions of listings of items that Ebay never see, how could they?

Depending on browser and device you will see this option to the right handside of a list. 3 dots that can be clicked on to reveal the ebay report option.

Thank you for that info it was very helpful. I will test that out. With
regards to the 'millions of items that ebay don't see' I think that could
easily be addressed by introducing a verification system built on testing a
certain % of items using AI algorythms as well as having sellers declare
that they are not falsely advertising or misrepresenting their goods in any
way through the use of 'key words' to attract/mislead buyers. Surely ebay
has a duty to take significant steps to prevent fake goods being sold, ie
due dilligence? Or does that mean company profits might be affected? I'm
specifically talking about so called Nicotine products that don't in fact
contain any nicotine. The use of wording is key and products are being
cleverly falsely advertised.

I do not think you understand that with billions of items listed, ebay have to rely on number of cases opened for not as described.

It is difficult enough for buyers to detect fakes, so how ever can ebay detect fakes when they never see any of the items listed. I am afraid you have more faith in AI than I have, items reported to ebay for various reasons, usually get the response that there are no rules being broken when if reviewed by a human they would be able to understand the point of the report.

Thank you for your reply. I actually don't have much faith in AI but it
appears to me that ebay need to become much better at detecting false
advertising and maybe employing AI in this regard would be one of the ways
they can improve this.

AI is already employed along with some agents to remove anything that goes against ebay policies,so it is AI that needs to be to be upgraded,as he clearly doesn't understand his position.
