You can't. There is no complaints department . May I ask why you wish to report them? We may be able to help.

They wouldn't read what l was typing and just pushed their own agenda if they had read my replied it would have been evident that l had tried to return the item to the seller but the returns label the seller sent me l couldn't use as there isn't a yodel collection in my area.
